J. Lowell Goode, CPA, currently the MCS Partner with Carneiro, Chumney & Co., L.C., was recently named a 40-year honorary member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner, an Accredited Senior Appraiser (Business Valuations), Accredited in Business Valuation issued by the AICPA, and has received a Certificate of Educational Achievement in Business Valuation.
Lowell is a current member and Past President of the San Antonio Society of CPAs; a current member and Past Vice President and past member of the Executive Committee of the Texas Society of CPAs (TSCPA); and, he has been active in various committees of both the San Antonio Society of CPAs and the TSCPA. He is a Past President of the Alamo Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers – Business Valuation Section, and is a member of the National Association of Fraud Examiners.
Lowell received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Accounting major, from Texas Christian University.
The honorary member certificate is given to CPAs who have been members of the AICPA for 40 years. The AICPA is the national professional association of CPAs with more than 350,000 members in public, business and industry, government, and education. |
