Allen joined the Firm in 1981 and was admitted to the partnership in 1996. Allen has a BS in Accounting from Trinity University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston. His primary area of responsibility is serving the specialized needs of commercial business and their  owners through emphasis in business, corporate, and partnership tax matters. Allen is a member of the Texas Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. In addition to coaching his children's soccer and baseball teams, Allen is an active board member for the San Antonio Area Council of Girl Scouts. Allen is married to Becky and has three children.
