| Paul Montoya is
the President

Services. A
native of San
Antonio, he
received his
Bachelors of
Business
Administration
Degree from St.
Mary’s
University in
1976, and
received his
certification as
a Professional
in Human
Resources in
1985. His career
has included
being the
Employee
Relations
Specialist for
the San Antonio
Water Systems,
Assistant Human
Resource Manager
for VIA
Metropolitan
Transit, Human
Resource Manager
for CIGNA
(INA/AETNA
Insurance
Companies), and
Human Resource
Manager for Sea
World of Texas.
H R & M, started
in September
1988, represents
management on
all employee
relations
matters which
include
preparing
personnel
policies and
procedures;
developing
employee
handbooks, job
descriptions,
and salary
programs;
consulting on
EEO, Safety,
Unemployment,
and Sexual
Harassment
charges;
establishing pay
for performance
plans; and
training and
consulting with
management on
interviewing,
measuring
employee
performance,
handling
discipline, and
terminations.
Mr. Montoya is a
