Carneiro, Chumney & Co., L.C. has formed an alliance with H R & M – Human Resource and Management Services, a human resources company devoted to providing all aspects of human resource services to companies in South Texas since 1988.
We can now offer your company the human resource services it needs! Here is a look at some of these services available to you: Supervisory Training – Conducts specialized training to fit each individual company’s needs. Interviewing and Pre-Screening – Interview and pre-screen all qualified applicants, which also includes advertising positions and conducting background investigations. Job Descriptions – Develop and prepare ADA compliant job descriptions with minimum qualifications and listing of essential job duties. Salary Programs – Develop and receive salary surveys, pay ranges and grades, and compare jobs to others in the community in order to establish a salary program that fits your company’s needs. Employee Surveys – Develop and administer employee surveys to help the company assess overall employee satisfaction. Employee Handbooks – Develop current policies based on company practices and procedures. One of the ways our audit and accounting services’ quality is monitored is by a tri-annual peer review performed by an independent CPA firm. A peer review is based on selective tests and directed at assessing whether the design of and compliance with the firm's system of quality controls is in accordance with professional standards. We have taken part in the American Institute of CPA’s Peer Review Program since its inception in 1978, when participation was voluntary. We have always received an opinion with no qualifications as to our audit and accounting services’ meeting the profession’ s highest standards of quality.
